Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all actions under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Assets and Operations
Asset availability, performance indicators, and operation models are presented through the platform. Returns are subject to operational and market conditions.
Limitations
EV Share provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, EV Share is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
